Brian E. Maxted is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Holloway Group. Brian is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the group by working with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Jeremy has successfully delivered numerous projects for public agencies over the past 15 years. As Sr. VP of Operations, he is in charge of managing and delivering the projects that serve the various industries of Holloway.

MANUEL AVALOS

ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERINTENDENT

Manuel Avalos is the Environmental Superintendent, working out of Holloway’s Lost Hills location. He currently manages the team, equipment and daily operations of the Holloway landfill.
