SEATTLE (Oct. 22, 2025) –  Thank you to the National Nordic Museum for the opportunity to showcase Holloway’s innovative Materials Recovery Facility project today as part of the Nordic Innovation Summit in Seattle.

Holloway CEO Brian Maxted, speaking on behalf of Holloway – TPI, presented a keynote on “Advanced Solutions in Plastics and Critical Materials Recovery, Recycling and Reuse,” part of an “Energy & Resilience” track that highlighted international companies, technologies and projects rooted in innovation and sustainability.

“This is a world-wide problem — plastic waste is everywhere,” Maxted said. “Humans pollute the earth with 57 million tons of plastic pollution every year. … We need more solutions for dealing with this plastic waste, because right now we are only recycling about 5% of our plastic waste in the U.S.”
